My stay at Hanoi Golden Lotus Hotel & Spa was good! The location was fantastic for exploring the Old Quarter, with tasty restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The staff, especially Simon, was incredibly helpful and attentive, providing support when I needed it most. The only downside was a minor issue with the water supply in the morning, but overall, it was a nice experience. 😊

I had an amazing stay at the Hanoi Golden Lotus Hotel & Spa. the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, almost going above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. The location in the Old Quarter was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops just a short walk away. While my room was nice, there were a couple of minor issues like the lack of a window in one of the rooms I briefly stayed in. However, overall, it was fantastic value for the price.
